19th-Century English Sack-Back Windsor Chair
Fine quality antique English hand crafted Sack-back Windsor chair. It has a comfortable saddle seat, traditional 'H' stretcher and bentwood frame with spindles. The seat is crafted of elm wood, and the spindles and stretcher of yew wood. It has hand turned legs. Solid and sturdy. We found this lovely elm and yew wood chair in a small village north of London.
