18th-Century Georgian Oak Wainscot Manor Chair

A finely carved 18th-Century English Georgian Manor chair with plank seat. It has a heavily carved back panel with dragons, and shaped arms. It has a carved seat apron. This superb antique chair is sturdy and has rich patination. It is a fine example of a late 17th-Century to early 18th-Century chair. Only the well to do would have owned a chair of this importance.

Condition is very good, solid and sturdy, wear consistent with age and use
